George Crace
Mr. Crace has been a professional educator for over four decades, working in both public and private schools as an administrator, guidance counselor, teacher, and coach.
He completed the Independent Educational Consultant Certificate Program at the University of California, Irvine. Currently, he serves as the President and CEO of his independent educational consulting service, dedicated to “Empowering Students to Prosper in College and Beyond.”
Clients often refer to him as "Coach" because he strongly believes that personal coaching, through face-to-face interaction, provides students with the maximum focus and attention necessary to make significant progress toward a dynamic future. Coach Crace has a rich background in education and coaching, having graduated from Harvard College in 1972 and Stanford’s Graduate School of Education in 1973.
George is married to Donna Crace, and they have four children, eight grandchildren, and a large extended family of friends and clients who have all benefited from his mentoring and wise counsel.
Donna Crace
Donna has an extensive background in family dynamics and youth development, making her the ideal advocate for any family navigating the transition of their student from middle school to high school, through high school graduation, and on to college and future career planning.
Growing up in a family of eight children—six boys and two girls—Donna's background in child development is invaluable when working with families and their children in various aspects of their lives.
Donna has successfully counseled many clients, helping them graduate and transition into rewarding lives. She attended Portland State University and Oregon State University after graduating from High School. Donna has a special passion for supporting children with special needs and those who often "fall through the cracks," providing the one-on-one guidance and support they require.
She is married to George Crace, a well-known coach, teacher, administrator, and motivational speaker throughout the Northwest. They have been married for 38 years and have four children and eight grandchildren.
